Self Motivation

Have you ever feel down, depressed, and loss of motivation? People live for their own purposes. For everything we do, we must have strong reason, so we have strong motivation to finish it. What reasons we have affects on what our motivations are. Motivation is one of the most important key on self improvement. Without motivation, our thoughts will be dissipate and fade quite rapidly.

Why do we need self motivation?
Strong motivation leads us to do our activity enthusiastically. It gives us spirit and power in doing our activities. How come? Why do we need self motivation?

  1. To encourage ourselves to finish our job.
  2. To plan and find the purpose of our life
  3. To give spirit and enthusiasm to live
  4. To avoid negative thinking
  5. To step up ward when we are weak

How to improve motivation?
It is possible to get problems during our job or activity and it make us weak and loss motivation. How to improve our motivation?
1. Be prepared
Prepare yourself when you want to start something. Includes prepare when problems happened and let you down. When it happened, move backward and reflect, find the causes. Are you tired, burned out, or disappointed? Be prepared on that situation so you will be ready when it happened.

2. Being focused
When you are doing something, you have to be focus on it. Too much things can paralyze you. Prioritize to start doing something you like to do first, and focus to finish it well.

3. Review all the successes you?ve get
Reviewing all of your success in past can arise your motivation and make you think ?I can did it, so why don?t now?? in every area of your life, totally forget any negatives, just positive successes.

4. Share with your good friend
Chatting and sharing with your friend can give you another positive suggestion on your problem. He/she can give you advice to motivate you.

5. Read inspiring story or listen to inspiring mentor
This can help you to get more motivation by its words.

It is a common experience dealing with high and low emotional. We have to know ourselves and understand how to treat our feelings. We can use our self power to do everything we need if we know how to use it properly.
